IT delivery milestone reporting into the overall business program.

All IT project reporting including monthly budget forecasting, weekly reports, monthly reports, issues & risks dashboards, and decision tracking.

Running meetings and producing meeting notes & action items for team standups, team troubleshooting sessions and sponsor meetings.

Managing IT scope, schedule, budget, and communication.

There will also be meetings at our Bothell, Redmond, and Kent sites during the life cycle of the project.

Primary position is located in Bellevue WA.

Requires strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Familiarity with SaaS SAP integration is preferred.

Experience as a project manager implementing a procurement solution preferred.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with basic financial, invoicing, and contracts processes.
